My interpretation is he’s trying to say ‘you know’ in English, but in a shorter form, which sounds more like ‘know’. Not sure why it is written as ‘no’ in the transcript, but that’s how I hear it as & interpret it as. Saying ‘no’ after a statement or sentence just doesnt sound right.

I don’t know, maybe it’s a Spanish word also? Anyone care to enlighten on that too??

Btw my english is not very good but as I can read he often uses word “no” in his sentence. How does it sound to english people?
