		<description>My interpretation is he&#039;s trying to say &#039;you know&#039; in English, but in a shorter form, which sounds more like &#039;know&#039;.  Not sure why it is written as &#039;no&#039; in the transcript, but that&#039;s how I hear it as &amp; interpret it as.  Saying &#039;no&#039; after a statement or sentence just doesnt sound right.  

I don&#039;t know, maybe it&#039;s a Spanish word also? Anyone care to enlighten on that too??</description>
